Description: Our Shiraz has a deep purple core and a full body with soft, ripe and rounded tannins. This wine is richly structured with lively jammy flavours of red fruits and herbs mixed with pepper and hints of vanilla spice. It finishes in a long length.

Wine Making

• Variety:  85% Shiraz, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Harvest:  Fruit was sourced from the areas around Dindori, which has hills and gentle slopes. They were hand harvested and the yields were controlled.
• Fermentation: The grapes were cold soaked and then fermented between 25° -30° C with regular gentle pump overs. The wine was aged for 2 months in oak before being bottled.
• Serving Temperature: 63–68° F

Aroma & Tasting Notes: Hint of spices and smokiness on the nose followed by blackberries and black pepper on the palate. Pairs well with Mexican food and herbaceous Pasta dishes. Also great with Indian dishes such as Chicken tikka Masala.
